WARRANTY POLICY

At HESTIA, we strive to provide an exceptional shopping experience, from our meticulously crafted designs to our dedicated after-sales services. We currently offer a comprehensive warranty policy for all customers shopping with us.

  1. WARRANTY CONDITIONS
    Our products come with a 6-month free warranty from the date of purchase, applicable in the following cases:
  • The product is within the warranty period.
  • The product was purchased at a discount of 50% or less.
  • Defects related to product quality.
  • Damage occurring during normal use (e.g., broken zippers, burst seams).
  1. WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
    We reserve the right to refuse warranty service in the following cases:
  • The warranty period has expired.
  • The product has been voluntarily dismantled or repaired by the customer.
  • Severe mechanical damage resulting in deformation, tearing, or deep scratches that cannot be restored.
  • Products that are excessively worn out or damaged by chemicals, making it impossible to restore them to their original shape.
  • Damage caused by the customer, such as scratches, animal bites, poor storage (molds), sun fading, or melting due to heat.

Note: In all cases, Hestia’s decision shall be final.

  1. WARRANTY PROCESS
    Step 1: HESTIA receives the defective product, verifies the warranty period, assesses the damage, and proposes a solution.
    Step 2: If the product meets warranty conditions, HESTIA will accept the item and issue a repair receipt to the customer.
    Step 3: Upon collection, customers are required to bring the receipt and carefully inspect the repaired item.

Note: If you are not satisfied with the repair quality, the process will be repeated from Step 1.
