RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

To ensure the best shopping experience and complete satisfaction with your choices at HESTIA, we offer a Return & Exchange Policy that is easy and convenient:

  1. Exchange Conditions

Exchange period: Within 07 days from the date of purchase at HESTIA.

Product condition:

+ Customers must retain the original invoice.

+ Items must be in original condition with all tags and labels intact, free from unusual odors, unworn, and unwashed.

+ We do not accept exchanges for items that have been previously exchanged.

  1. Exchange Value

– The new item must have a value equal to or higher than the returned item.

– If the new item has a lower value, no refund will be provided (Customers may purchase additional items and pay the difference).

– Exchanged products are calculated based on their ORIGINAL PRICE.

– For items purchased under a promotion, the promotional price of that specific program will apply.

  1. Refusal of Exchange/Return:

– The exchange period has expired.

Tags or labels are missing or damaged.

– The product has been altered, used, or damaged (stained, torn, snagged, faded, or carrying unusual odors/chemicals), or damaged by external factors after purchase, or if accessories/details are missing or damaged.

– The original purchase invoice is not provided.

HESTIA FASHION DOES NOT ACCEPT CASH REFUNDS under any circumstances.
